Chengdu Cast Acrylic Panel Industry Co., Ltd(CDA) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Monarch Group, relies on the industry-leading technical support of Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd, CDA produces acrylic sheets named Brand DUKE. CDA is a company integrating R&D, production, manufacturing and sales, and is in absolute leading position of the domestic PMMA industry. Product wildly used in sanitary, AD sign, aquarium board, noise barrier system, etc.
Founded in 2007, covers an area of 52000 square meters, total investment of 120 million CNY. Factory layout and facilities are all in accordance with the world's leading standard, with two of the world advanced level cast production lines, annual capacity can reach to 10000 tons per year. Only using 100% pure new Mitsubishi MMA material, famous brand moulds and imported color pastes to insure manufacture the high-quality acrylic sheets.
The production team take charge all manufacturing and fabricating work. The team rule is that quality is by produced, not by inspection, and lowering the standard is to narrow down ourselves development space. They keep working on the qualification rate and cost saving, with the Duke standards.
The marketing team has three branches, overseas marketing team, domestic marketing team and project marketing team. The parent company Monarch Sanitary Ware was established.
In 2007, Chengdu Acrylic Panel Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2010, our company became the main supplier of acrylic sound barrier panels for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway and established the industrial leading position.
In 2011, our company successfully won the bid of supplying acrylic sound barrier panels for Mianyang-Leshan High-Speed Railway Project.
In 2012, our company firstly created the blue transparent acrylic sound barrier panels which had been successfully applied to Xiangjiang Bridge Project in Fuyuan Road, Chengsha.
In 2013, our company became the main supplier of the key supporting project (Nanjing Metro Line S8) of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games.
In 2014, our company won the famous trademark of Chengdu, becoming the only supplier of acrylic sound barrier panels for Qingdao-Rongcheng Intercity Railway Project.
In 2016, our company became the only supplier of acrylic sound barrier panels for Beijing-Shenyang High-speed Railway and Guiyang Metro Line
In 2017, our company won the famous trademark of Sichuan and became the only supplier of acrylic sound barrier panels for the first totally enclosed sound barrier project in Hefei.
In 2018, our company became the only supplier of acrylic sound barrier panels for Nairobi-Malabar Railway Project and kept growing.
